Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee the planning and implementation of our construction projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to closure while ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the project, including client relations, budgeting, scheduling, planning, and implementation
• Identify issues and risks and develop solutions to address them
• Identify and recommend new strategies and opportunities to increase the success of the project
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor and report on progress of the project to stakeholders
• Ensure all project activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and standards

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing commercial constrution projects
• Knowledge of construction techniques and principles, especially with commercial and K-12 school projects
• Proficiency in Bluebeam is preffered
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
