CyberCoders is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near North Richland Hills, TX
We prefer a candidate with a strong K-12 background, but are open if your background is in civil, municipal or medical.
The Construction Project Manager's primary responsibility will be to oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time. Responsibilities include creating and managing project schedules, generating change orders, producing submittals, processing RFIs, and monitoring progress to ensure that the project is completed to a high standard.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software, such as MS Project and Primavera
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage project schedules
- Familiar with building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well with a team and independently
