Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and improve the facility, including structural steel, steel fabrication, and steel design
- Coordinate security, fire, and safety systems
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities
- Develop and implement plans for facility maintenance and improvement
- Manage facility budget and resources
- Develop and maintain good relationships with staff, contractors, and suppliers
- Strong knowledge and experience in Project Management
- Experience with Structural Steel, Steel Fabrication, or Steel Design
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, contractors, and suppliers
