Requirements: 5 Years Experience as Lead Superintendent for Multi-Family Construction
We are an industry-leading Real Estate Development firm with over 4 major projects in the pipeline that we are looking for a Superintendent to come lead. Each project will be over 25$ million so if you are a Construction Superintendent with strong experience, please read on!

What You Will Be Doing

• Has the ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day onsite management of the project
• Scheduling, Ordering Materials, etc...
• Maintain the site specific quality control plan
• Maintain the site specific safety plan
• Maintain client relationships with subcontractors, owners, suppliers, city officials, etc...

What You Need for this Position

• 3 Years Experience Leading Construction Projects
• Multi-Family
• Wood-Framing
• 15 Mil Projects
• 10 Years of Construction Experience
• 2 Years of direct Arizona Multi-Family experience

Strong Plus:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
