Construction SuperPosition OverviewThe Construction Super is responsible for overseeing the construction site and ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise construction crew and subcontractors to ensure that work is completed on schedule and to the required quality standards.
Develop and implement project schedules, work plans, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
Provide regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
Coordinate and communicate with the design team to resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
Identify potential problems and provide proactive solutions.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in heavy civil construction.
Experience as a Superintendent on large construction projects.
Experience with wastewater and anaerobic digestion projects preferred.
Proficient in MS Office software and project management tools.
OSHA 10 certification.
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
