Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise construction crew and subcontractors to ensure that work is completed on schedule and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement project schedules, work plans, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Provide regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and communicate with the design team to resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
- Identify potential problems and provide proactive solutions.
- 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction.
- Experience as a Superintendent on large construction projects.
- Experience with wastewater and anaerobic digestion projects preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office software and project management tools.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
