We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our Construction team. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, while providing high quality workmanship. You will be a hands-on leader, and mentor to the project crew.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be responsible for the planning, directing, scheduling and coordinating of the construction project. This includes managing project costs, organizing resources and crew, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring deadlines are met.
What You Need for this Position
We are looking for a Superintendent with more than 5 years of experience in the Hospitality, multi-family, and Assisted Living industries. Other essential skills include:Excellent leadership and communication skills, Ability to read and interpret blueprints, Knowledge of OSHA regulations, and working knowledge of MS Office.
