CyberCoders is Hiring a Continuous Improvement Manager Near Kennewick, WA
- Define problems, identify gaps in performance, gather supporting data, design solutions, implement improvements, measure results, and sustain results
- Challenge existing processes in place and use data to communicate opportunities that exist
- Develop a pipeline of FI plans and execute them to resolve inefficiencies to drive cost savings
- Manage both capital and process improvement projects to ensure results are met within budgeted time and cost
- Working with cross-functional teams to evaluate probable financial and operational impact regarding process improvement opportunities
- Increase efficiency while minimizing cost and maximizing resource utilization through lean and continuous improvement methodologies
- Bachelors Degree: Engineering, Business, Food Science, Operations
- 5 Years of Operations experience with progressive levels of responsibility
- 5 years of Lean Continuous Improvement (IWS, TPM) experience
- Will be on-site at various plants 80% of the time (the other 20% of the time will be remote)
- Preferably live in the Tri-Cities, WA area
- Ability to travel 80% (mostly regional; Tri-Cities, WA and surrounding areas)
- Project Management (PMP)
- Lean Black Belt Six Sigma
- Kaizen Facilitator (LSSI or equivalent)
