Introduction: In our Orlando Florida office we are actively looking to bring on a Division Controller. The Controller is a key member of the finance team and will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with GAAP. The successful candidate will possess knowledge of financial accounting and reporting and have a strong financial acumen.
Position Overview: The Controller will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of the company's financial statements, ensuring they are in accordance with GAAP. They will also participate in the development of the organization's budget as well as provide financial guidance and oversight.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain accurate and compliant financial statements.
• Participate in the development of the organization's budget.
• Analyze financial data and make recommendations for cost savings or process improvements.
• Provide financial guidance and oversight.
• Manage the financial reporting process.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Qualifications:

At least 3 years of professional experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Prior experience in financial accounting and reporting.
• Strong financial acumen with substantial knowledge of GAAP.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience with Financial Planning and Analysis preferred.
