CyberCoders is Hiring a Controls Install Technician Near Richland, WA
Position Overview: The Controls Install Technician is responsible for installing and maintaining control systems and components in commercial buildings. This includes programming Building Management Systems (BMS) and other controls to ensure they are optimally functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair control systems and components in commercial buildings, including Building Management Systems (BMS) and other controls.
Program BMS and other control systems to ensure optimal performance.
Perform quality control testing of controls and components.
Respond to customer service requests to troubleshoot and repair control systems.
Maintain records of all installations, repairs, and other service activities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in installing and maintaining Building Management Systems (BMS) and other controls.
Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
Excellent problem-solving and diagnostics skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
