Position Overview: The Corporate Accounting Manager will oversee the companies financial activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Accounting Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a system of financial reporting, auditing, and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Oversee and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Monitor and manage payroll.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare budgets and forecast.
- Perform financial analysis and reporting.
- Develop and maintain a system of financial reporting, auditing, and budgeting.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Accounting.
- Management experience
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Financial Reporting, and Payroll.
- Experience with AP/AR, Budget Preparation, Financial Statements, & QuickBooks
