Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, both internally and externally
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and with accuracy
- Develop and manage relationships with customers and suppliers
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures and processes in order to ensure customer service excellence
- Prepare customer service related reports for upper management
- Handle customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage and train customer service representatives
- Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service management
- Previous industry experience in the wholesale industry
- Knowledge of shipping, logistics, order processing, and ERP/EDI systems
- Microsoft 365, SPS Commerce
- Strong problem-solving, solutions-based approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business administration background and experience with Excel
