We are searching for an experienced Claims Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer insurance claims, building effective relationships, and providing superior customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for helping customers, and deep knowledge of the insurance industry and claims process.
Position OverviewThe Claims Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing world-class customer service in the claims process. You will be the first initial contact in the claims process, working independently, and in a team environment in order to ensure customer satisfaction and process claims efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer claims by providing answers and resolution to their queries in a timely manner.
- Build effective relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
- Gather necessary information from customers to process their claims accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of customer claims to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in understanding the claims process and provide resolution to any issues that may arise.
- Always informed of new regulations and changes in the insurance industry for the company.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the insurance claims industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Proficient with computer software and applications.
