Position Overview: The Customer Service/Warranty Rep is responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing warranty requests on behalf of the company. This position requires a highly-organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, including phone, email, and web support.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving customer inquiries and complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of warranty policies and procedures.
• Process warranty requests and investigate issues to determine the best resolution.
• Document customer interactions and solutions within the company's database.

Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in a Homebuilding customer service or Warranty Service, preferred.
• Knowledge of homes, homebuilding, and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
