CyberCoders is Hiring a Customer Success Manager Near Cleveland, OH

Position Overview: The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for providing customer success solutions to clients. This position will serve as the main point of contact for clients, and will be responsible for developing strategic plans, creating client documents, implementing security solutions, and conducting quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients.
  • Create client documentation such as case studies, success stories, and surveys.
  • Provide support to clients on the use of products and services.
  • Analyze customer success metrics and develop plans for improvement.
  • Develop and implement security solutions to protect customer data.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in customer success, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of customer success metrics and tools.
  • Experience with QBRs, strategic planning, and security solutions.
