- Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for clients.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients.
- Create client documentation such as case studies, success stories, and surveys.
- Provide support to clients on the use of products and services.
- Analyze customer success metrics and develop plans for improvement.
- Develop and implement security solutions to protect customer data.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in customer success, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of customer success metrics and tools.
- Experience with QBRs, strategic planning, and security solutions.
