- Job Title: Data Scientist (Pharma/Biotech)
- Location: REMOTE 10% travel (EST Only)
- Salary: $145,000 - $165,000 bonus
- Requirements: Data Scientist with customer facing, Python, R, Sales, Pharma, Biotech, Drug discovery, Testing, Product Management, Knowledge graphs
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze biology data to uncover new insights and develop data-driven solutions
- Customer facing experience doing pre sales & post sales with pharma companies (10% travel)
- Develop predictive models to support decision-making
- Integrate data from multiple sources to enable accurate results
- Develop data visualizations to convey complex data in an easy to understand format
- Test and validate data science models and solutions for accuracy
- Train and mentor team on data science best practices
- Masters degree in bioinformatics, computer and data science , biology, or related fields
- 5 years of experience in a biotech/pharma data science
- Strong knowledge of Python, R, and data analysis techniques
- Customer facing experience in a sales environment
- Ability to travel
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability
- PhD
- Experience with Knowledge graphs, Machine Learning, Algorithms
