Position Overview: The Data Scientist will be part of a team responsible for developing and optimizing data models and machine-learning algorithms. This role will include designing and building predictive models, conducting regression analysis, developing trend-based analytics, and using data to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sophisticated data models for predictive analytics and forecasting
- Analyze data from multiple sources to find patterns, trends, and correlations
- Perform regression analysis, machine learning, and other statistical analyses
- Execute data mining projects from beginning to end
- Develop strategies to improve data accuracy and reliability
- Utilize visualization software to optimize data display and analysis
- Create presentations to communicate data analysis results to stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 3 years of experience in data science, model development, and machine learning
- Proficiency in using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, or SAP
- Strong understanding of analytics and data modeling concepts
- Ability to interpret data and identify trends and correlations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Nice to have: experience with data modeling, ML algorithms, and statistical analysis
