CyberCoders is Hiring a Director - Experience in Mass Tort, Class Action Administration Near Irvine, CA
Candidates without experience in Mass Tort or Class Action will not be considered. Position Overview: The Director of Mass Tort Administration leads the automatization of business processes, architecture and continues to develop the cloud based client portal (a legal software solution), provides support for organizational structure and reporting, and heads the mass tort case administration department. If you are a class action or mass tort attorney looking to transition out of litigation, we would love to speak with you!Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage Mass Tort program policies and procedures
Lead the development of documents and other related materials for Mass Tort matters
Ensure Mass Tort activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations
Oversee the intake process for new Mass Tort cases
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure development of the organizations Mass Tort strategy
Monitor and report on Mass Tort performance
Fully Remote role
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration preferred
7 years of relevant administrative experience
Strong knowledge of Mass Tort regulations and best practices
Knowledge of Class Action Administration procedures
Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills
