We are seeking an experienced Director of Electrical Engineer to join our team. This role will involve managing a team of professionals in delivering electrical engineering services to clients. The Director of Electrical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all electrical engineering design and project management activities. This person must have a strong knowledge of Revit, Electrical, and Engineering, and a nice to have skills of AutoCAD, PE, professional engineer, Mechanical, HVAC, Controls, and Commercial.
The Director Of Electrical Engineer Will Be Responsible For

• Lead and manage a team of Electrical Engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard, taking into account safety, environmental, and client requirements
• Oversee the design of electrical systems, including the selection and specification of materials and components
• Develop innovative solutions to complex engineering problems
• Prepare project documentation and reports
• Liaise with clients and other project stakeholders to ensure expectations are managed
• Continually review and improve processes to ensure the team is maximizing efficiency

The Successful Candidate Should Possess The Following

• A Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering design
• Experience in leading and managing a team of professionals
• Proficiency in Revit, Electrical, and Engineering
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• A knowledge of AutoCAD, PE, Mechanical, & HVAC is a plus
