We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate must have an expertise in Water, Engineer, and Chemical, and should possess knowledge of Research and Development, Water Analysis, Water Chemistry, Water Compliance, Environmental Analysis, Chemical Engineering, PFAs, Environmental Biology, and Environmental Remediation.
The Director of Engineering will provide overall leadership and guidance to the engineering team. They will develop, monitor and evaluate engineering processes and projects. The Director will oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering plans, and ensure that all projects are completed within the established deadlines and budgets.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or a related field, and several years of experience in a leadership role. They should be able to demonstrate experience in managing multiple projects and teams. The candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A working knowledge of software engineering, and experience with environmental regulations, is also desired.
