We are a leading Aviation company looking for a Director of Maintenance to lead and manage our growing team. You will lead a top level team of Technicians at a growing MRO repair facility with fantastic training and growth opportunity!

• We will relocate the right candidate to beautiful sunny Jacksonville, FL!

What You Will Be Doing
Our Director of Maintenance will oversee all maintenance operations to execute work scope and communicate directives to a team of technicians to assure that tasks are performed on time, on budget, and within compliance of 145/135/91 guidelines. You will support team growth and development by identifying training needs and overseeing the completion of those programs.
What You Need for this Position
7 years;

• Director of Maintenance
• A&P certification
• Airframe Powerplant License
• Corporate Aircraft; Gulfstream, Challenger, Lear, Dassault, etc..
• ability to read and interpret technical manuals, instructions, blueprints, etc...
• understanding of CFR Part 145.211
• strong team management and training experience
