What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing $20M worth of electrical construction projects in higher ed, healthcare, government buildings, office spaces, etc.
• Overseeing a staff of about 40 people in electrical construction

What You Need For This Position

• 8 years of professional experience in electrical construction
• Experience in operations management, preferably with a background in hands-on project management
• Executive experience in driving corporate revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Educational background in business admin, construction management, electrical engineering, or other relevant discipline preferred
