The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in roofing as well as have a strong understanding of business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of operations, production, and commercial and industrial roofing
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operations, increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer service
- Participate in pre-project planning to inspect scope, contract documents, drawings, equipment needed, schedules, and other work instructions to anticipate safety issues and scope.
- Analyze and assess current processes and develop action plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead teams to execute operational projects, monitor progress, and ensure delivery of results
- Develop and manage budgets and financial plans to ensure resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
- Define KPIs to measure operational performance and establish regular reporting and analysis
- Recruit, train, develop, and coach operations staff to ensure the effective delivery of services
- Maintain positive relationships with external and internal customers and vendors
- Manage the development and implementation of new processes and systems to streamline operations
- Enforce OSHA and Safety Standards
- At least 6 years of experience in operations management in commercial roofing
- Strong knowledge of production and operations management principles
- Skilled in people management
- Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles
