- Blend of Executive Estate Manager, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant & Runner
- Effectively Delegating tasks for client's large scale business enterprise and personal needs
- Active Daily Calendar Management and Regular Daily Modifications
- Travel Management, Staff Management, Property Management
- Personal Gifting, Personal Ordering/Shopping
- Managing, Assistants, Housekeepers, Nannies, Driver, Butler, Chef, Dog Trainer, Tutors, Assistants
- Collaborating/integrating/Communicating with client's Office of the President and Executive Events
- Manager for personal and business needs
- high level document review
- minimum 10 years of experience as an Estate Manager, Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Nice to have: Experience as a high profile event coordinator, or high profile event manager
