Position Overview: The Estimator/Project Manager is responsible for providing accurate cost estimates on construction projects, managing existing projects, and overseeing subcontractors to ensure the team meets goals. This role requires a combination of estimating, project management, and construction expertise.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate cost estimates for construction projects, taking into consideration labor, materials, and other expenses.
• Manage existing projects, including scheduling, tracking progress, budget management, and resolution of any issues.
• Supervise subcontractors, ensuring that work is completed on time and to cost.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met, and inspect work in progress.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering, purchasing, accounting, and other trades.
• Maintain accurate records, and promptly address any customer inquiries or complaints.

Qualifications

• Construction expertise and experience in Project Management.
• Knowledge of estimating procedures and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Nice to have skills - Estimator, Painting, Drywall, Subcontractor, remediation.
