Estimator / Project ManagerPosition OverviewThe Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing restoration and preservation projects from start to finish. This individual will be responsible for estimating project costs, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and estimating skills, as well as experience in masonry work.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for restoration and preservation projects
- Create and manage project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate and oversee project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards
- Communicate project progress and any issues to clients and stakeholders
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Implement and maintain quality management processes
- 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in restoration and preservation
- Experience in estimating and bidding on construction projects
- Willing to travel throughout their Texas territory approximately half the week.
- Knowledge of masonry work and materials
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
- Nice to have: Quality management experience and/or certification, previous experience in a leadership role
