The Day to Day!
- Campaign Development: Create and implement strategic marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, influencer partnerships, websites, events, retail, TV, and more.
- Project Management: Oversee the development of creative projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams in Seattle, LA, and Stockholm, providing feedback and coordinating efforts to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Creative Review: Review and approve creative proposals, ensuring they align with our brand and strategic goals.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and use this knowledge to refine and enhance our marketing strategies.
- Experience: At least 4 years in creative project management and consumer marketing, particularly within the entertainment and consumer products/merchandising sectors.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Creativity: A keen eye for design and a passion for creating engaging and innovative marketing campaigns.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly jump into existing workstreams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
