- Must have the ability to travel up to 90% within the region, plus occasional travel within North America as required.
- Assist customers with installation, set-up, and calibration of injection molding machines.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of machines, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics.
- Provide technical support and operator training.
- Train and assist customers on molding processes.
- Perform on-site repair and maintenance.
- Provide customer service and problem-solving assistance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in the injection molding industry
- Strong electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical knowledge.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to travel to customer sites.
