We're an leading fire sprinkler & alarm service contractor with an office in Pawtucket, RI and currently, we're looking to add a manager to run our service teams.
What You Will Be Doing

• Manage a service team of 7-10 members
• Work primarily out of our Pawtucket, RI offices but spend time in the field 2-3 times/week for short hours
• Service the Rhode Island and Eastern Massachusetts markets
• Train a team on effective sales techniques
• Achieve department sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals
• Manage a budget
• Identify code and non-conformance issues and prepare accurate service reports
• Identify fire sprinkler & alarm systems that are not in code compliance
• Material management for projects
• Travel to job sites, as needed
• Collaborate and communicate with clients with strong customer service

What You Need For This Position

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5 years of experience as a Fire Sprinkler or Alarm Service Manager
• Fire Sprinkler or Alarm Licenses in MA or RI, are a PLUS
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
• NFPA Code Knowledge
• OSHA 10/30 Certification
• Experience working with Microsoft Word, Outlook
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Active NICET Certification may be required
• Other Fire licenses may be required based on state or local regulations
