Job Location: West Des Moines
Salary Range: $220,000 - $250,000
Requirements: 8 years, Insurance Industry Experience, Leadership, FP&A
We are looking for you, our next Head of Finance, to join our fast growing Insurance Company! We are building out new products and initiatives and we're on the cutting edge of these products. We have a strong company culture and we're focused on creating a strong work-life balance!
Your ResponsibilityYou will be responsible for overseeing our finance department and implementing policies and procedures to make us more efficient in our reporting. We are a recently backed PE company that has need to condense our closing times, provide timely financial reporting, and financial budgeting. You will work with our department to create efficient systems that allow our organization to scale.
