Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and be knowledgeable in SHRM, HRCI, ADP Workforce Now, and other HR software and policies. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, training, recruiting, performance management, employee relations, and onboarding. The candidate must have experience working in a manufacturing environment and be able to handle employee data management with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer payroll processes, including timekeeping, payroll processing, and benefits deductions.
- Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Utilize SHRM and HRCI knowledge to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
- Work with ADP Workforce Now to manage employee data, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct recruitment efforts to attract top talent and support the hiring process.
- Partner with managers to provide guidance and support in performance management and employee development.
- Handle employee relations issues and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- SHRM or hrci certification is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in ADP Workforce Now and other HR software.
- Excellent knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Proven experience in payroll, benefits administration, training, and recruiting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
