What You Will Be Doing

• Draft pleadings and write briefs
• Take/defend depositions
• Prepare legal reports and documents

What You Need for this Position

• 3 to 5 years of Litigation Experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience with Mass Torts/Classic action litigation
• Juris Doctorate
