What You Will Be Doing

• The primary focus will be on commercial litigation (contract disputes, fraud, statutory violations, and business torts), intellectual property litigation, product liability, professional liability and technology and cybersecurity matters.
• The attorney holding this position will be responsible for managing case files, legal research, preparing legal documents, investigating facts, and attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.

What You Need for this Position
"Litigation Attorney(s) with /- 7 years of experience. We would consider someone with much fewer years of experience that has done nothing but insurance defense.
" Experience with 3rd party personal injury defense litigation
" Experience with 3rd party personal injury defense billing requirements-- and understands how to manage billing guidelines, and how to, and, how not to enter time entries.
" Experience with 1st party insurance defense, a plus.
" Some experience or exposure to construction law, a plus.
" Experience with commercial litigation (contract disputes and business torts) and/or commercial real estate matters, a double plus.
" Experience with sending and responding and objecting to discovery.
" Experience preparing formal written reports to the carriers/clients.
" Experience with taking and defending depositions.
" Experience with taking and defending expert depositions.
" 1900 to 1950 yearly billing requirement. The spread depends on several factors too long to elaborate here but includes 50 hours of Pro Bono and CLE Presentations.
