Been in business for 40 years, large insurance client in Manhattan and professional sports teams. We are located in Long Island (need 3 days per week minimum in office). Great culture and dynamic office, very fun (pizza Fridays every week, big game room), 5% match on 401k (dependent on profitability, but haven't missed in 15 years) Looking for a hybrid, Sr. Business Analyst HR consulting side. We need someone who has PeopleSoft experience and also may have Oracle HCM cloud experience as well. We have a client who is currently on PeopleSoft V9.2 but will be upgrading most likely to the Oracle cloud. Business Analyst with 10 or more years of expertise in Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits Enterprise (HCM) Applications and Databases. Must have solid SQL query skills and a strong background in reporting tools is required. Candidates must be self-starters and detail-oriented, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Candidates must understand how HCM processes work; for example, they must know how an employee's elections on a Benefit Enrollment self-service portal flows through to a pay check deduction, and how their coverage then reaches a third party provider. Candidates will deal directly with the client working closely with Programmers to maintain strong working relationships and meeting client needs/requests on a daily basis. A four-year degree is required.
