We are an electrical supply company based in Troy, MI, and we need an Inside Sales Representative ASAP!
What You Will Be Doing
- Service existing accounts
- Develop new accounts
- Make cold calls as directed by the Inside Sales Manager
- Research, develop, and follow up on sales prospect
- Participate and maintain annual goals with direct manager in KPI reports
- Maintain TSC approved territorial customer database
- Monitor collections on monthly basis with Accounts Receivable Department
- Keep up to date on product lines
2 Years of experience and knowledge of:
- Industrial Markets
- Maintain Strong Relationships
- Strong Organization Skills
- Cold Calling
- Outside Sales
- CRM
- Base Salary UNCAPPED Commissions
- PTO
- 401K
