We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As an Insurance Defense Attorney, you will be responsible for representing insurance companies and their policyholders in a variety of legal matters, including but not limited to, personal injury claims, property damage claims, and insurance coverage disputes.
Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to insurance companies and their policyholders in various legal proceedings, including trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective defense strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing insurance defense law.
• Strong litigation skills, including trial experience (preferred).
