Job Title: Insurance Defense Attorney
Location: Cedar Grove, NJ
Salary: Base of $120k-$150k
Requirements: NJ/NY Bar Admission, Clerkship preferred

What You Will Be Doing
- -Investigate claims including conducting fact and expert witness depositions
- -Evaluate Legal Liability
- Negotiate Settlements
- License to practice law in NJ/NY
- 3 years of experience handling diverse caseload for insurance carriers
- Trial Experience
