We are seeking a motivated Labor & Employment Associate to join our office in either Hartford, New Haven, or Stamford locations. We are a firm committed to providing a supportive and collaborative environment for our team. We seek team members who are client focused and take pride in the development of their practice.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be working with the Labor & Employment team to advise and guide our clients in a wide range of services. You will be consulting on all matters of Labor and Employment Law including but not limited to, compliance, employment contracts, employee investigations, non-compete, harassment, discrimination, and wrongful discharge.
What You Need for this Position
In order to be successful you will need at least 2 years of experience in Labor and Employment Law. You should have experience with employment litigation, negotiation, administrative proceedings, labor relations, counseling, and arbitrations.
