What You Will Be Doing

• Work on our core product line and platform- 70% front end/30% back end
• Lead a team of 3-4 from strategy to implementation and contribute to product development, enhancement, and maintenance
• Plan out strategy and roadmap for projects and new development plans
• Do code review to maintain high level software quality and security
• Write and review technical proposals
• Contribute to team meetings, Agile sprint meetings, and interviewing of new team members
• Collaborate with Product teams for maintenance, bug fixes, and feature optimization
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Support teams for assisting customers in using and integrating our product

What You Need for this Position

• 5 years of React experience
• 3 years leading a team-oversight of performance, up-time, code quality, mapping implementation, etc.
• Ability to present ideas, solutions, documentation, strategies, etc. clearly with written and verbal communication
• Nice to have: experience working with AI/ML applications or interfaces
