We are seeking a Front-End Developer to join our team as a contract full time role at a fast-paced and growing startup. We are looking for someone who will be hands on but has the experience and skillset to move into a management role over time.

What we do: Our interactive 3D models help people with their room layout and take out the stress of move-in day.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with designers and product to transform specifications and wireframes into fully functional features
- Quickly resolve vagueness, ambiguity, or contradictions in specifications
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other engineers
- Optimize our web application for maximum speed and scalability
- Support mobile paradigms, especially table form factor
- Participate in release process
- Senior level proficiency in Typescript. React, and Next.js
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for writing beautiful, performant code and deep thinking about how users interact with your code
- Familiarity with Agile development - keeping engineering tasks up to date in Jira and provide timelines to stakeholders
- Thorough understanding of JWT, REST, API development and consumption
- Willingness to dig into the database (Postgres) where applicable
- Experience with 3D web frameworks like Three.js and BabylonJS
- Experience working at a startup
- Someone who can thrive with little direction
- If you have any lead/management experience or has worked with or lead off shore teams, this is a huge plus
- Experience building online shopping platforms
