Position Overview: We are looking for a couple experienced Lead Superintendent to join our team and oversee the construction of our multi family projects. The Lead Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring all our projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise construction personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on-time and within budget.
• Create and maintain project schedule, including regular project meetings.
• Ensure compliance with budget, construction documents, and all applicable regulations.
• Proactively identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities.
• Monitor and inspect construction progress and provide direction and guidance to subcontractors.
• Manage and maintain project documents, including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and schedules.
• Utilize Procore to its full potential to manage projects and ensure accuracy of project documents.
• Ensure effective safety practices and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with 5 years of experience as a Superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of multi-family construction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects on-time and within budget.
• Proficiency in Procore software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
