Litigation Associate (Multiple Openings)Our firm is seeking a talented and passionate Litigation Associate to join our practice. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge in a range of litigation matters, including product liability, consumer products, premises liability, medical devices, automotive products and components, industrial equipment and materials handling, general commercial litigation, and high risk and excess exposure cases. The associate will work closely with other attorneys and paralegals in the firm assisting with complex cases. Key Responsibilities
Conduct Legal research, analysis, and case reviews to suupport our clients' interests.
Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
Engage in effective client interaction and reporting.
Collaborate with our team to develop litigation strategies and tactics
Craft persuasive legal documents and arguments
Adhere to a commitment to thorough preparation and hard work.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the bar in the state or jurisdiction in which the job is located
Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation
Strong working knowledge of legal research techniques and resources
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
