Litigation Associate

Position Overview: We are looking to hire a qualified Litigation Attorney with experience in Product Liability, Intellectual Property, Litigation Strategy, and/or Personal Injury. The successful candidate will become a member of our legal team and will serve as an advocate for our clients in and out of the courtroom.

Schedule: 4 days in 1 day remote in Los Angeles, CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis of legal issues, including legal opinions, memoranda, court motions, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice, guidance, and representation in various types of litigation.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, witness statements, and other legal documents.
• Appear in court and other legal proceedings to represent clients.
• Negotiate settlements and other legal settlements.
• Advise clients on various legal matters.
• Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar membership in good standing in the state.
• 3 years of litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of product liability and intellectual property laws.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
