What You Will Be Doing
  • Handle a strong caseload of personal injury cases from the start of litigation through trial
  • Draft pleadings and conduct depositions
  • Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials
  • Supervise full-time paralegal / case manager and work with them on a day-to-day basis
What You Need for this Position
  • 3 Years of Experience in Personal Injury Litigation (Auto Accidents preferred)
  • J.D. or Esquire
  • Colorado Bar License
  • Background in drafting Pleadings, conducting Depositions, preparing and responding to Written Discovery, Motions Practice, and Jury Trials
  • Competency in Case-Management Software
  • Ability to Manage a Large Caseload
