What You Will Be Doing

• Handle a workload of lucrative cases from the start of litigation through trial
• Draft pleadings and conduct depositions
• Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials
• Supervise full-time paralegal assistants and work with them on a day-to-day basis

What You Need for this Position

• 1 Years of Experience in Civil Litigation (Personal Injury preferred)
• J.D. Degree or Esquire
• Experience drafting Pleadings, conducting Depositions, preparing and responding to Written Discovery, Motions Practice, and Jury Trials
• 1st Chair Trial Experience Strongly Preferred
• Competency in Case-Management Software
