CyberCoders is Hiring a Litigation Attorney - Plaintiff PI Near Burlingame, CA
Position Overview: Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, we are looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for providing legal assistance to our clients on a variety of civil matters, including personal injury, mass torts, and consumer class action. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for the law and enjoys helping others. Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in court proceedings, including arguing motions and preparing legal documents
Conduct legal research and provide advice to clients on their civil matters
Advocate for clients and ensure their rights are being protected
Prepare and file appeals and other legal documents
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court-ordered mediation
Collaborate with other attorneys to develop legal strategies
Maintain client confidentiality and ethical standards
QualificationsAt least 3 years of prior litigation experience
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to the bar and must be in good standing
Proven experience practicing personal injury law
Experience in consumer class action and mass torts is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to negotiate and problem solve
Knowledge of legal research methods
Organized and detail-oriented
