CyberCoders is Hiring a Maintenance Manager Near Clarendon, VT
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime and increase equipment lifespan
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery to identify and address any potential issues
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production schedules
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all environmental and safety regulations, including OSHA and DOT
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Utilize CAD software to create and maintain equipment schematics and layouts
- Manage waste and waste water disposal processes in accordance with environmental regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a production setting
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong technical skills, with knowledge of production equipment and machinery
- Experience with CAD software is a plus
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and experience managing waste and waste water processes
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance principles
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations
