Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute marketing plans to reach target audiences and achieve desired business goals
- Utilize various online and offline channels such as email, social media, and print materials to reach potential customers
- Work with marketing agencies to develop and manage campaigns
- Analyze campaigns for effectiveness and make adjustments based on results
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry professionals
- Manage and optimize website content and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Maintain and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring effective use of resources
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing management
- Experience working with marketing agencies
- Familiarity with B2B, PCC, SEO, and CRM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
