Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, engineers, and architects
- Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure that work is completed according to project specifications
- Ensure that all project documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ensure compliance with all project requirements, including safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage change orders and ensure that all changes are documented and approved
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in mechanical construction
- Strong knowledge of project management tools, such as P6, Microsoft Project, and Viewpoint
- Experience with Bluebeam or similar construction document management software
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders
- Experience managing change orders and resolving project issues
