We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager's (owner's rep) to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing

• Overseeing and managing the construction process on-site, including supervising sub-contractors, suppliers and junior staff
• Ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget
• Ensuring quality control on all aspects of the project
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
• Communicating regularly with project manager, owner, and other stakeholders
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site challenges as they arise
• Ensuring that all work complies with local building codes and regulations
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date daily reports

What You Need for this Position

• Healthcare
• Design
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, and industry standards
• Ability to manage and mentor junior staff, sub-contractors and suppliers
• A keen eye for detail and quality control
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site challenges
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferred)
• OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
