Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee all aspects of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects for our company. This role will involve managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to construction and final delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to industry standards and regulations. Relocation assistance will be provided for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage all MEP projects from conception to completion
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project designs meet client requirements and comply with building codes and AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) regulations
- Prepare and review RFPs (Request for Proposals) and GMPs (Guaranteed Maximum Price) for subcontractors and vendors
- Provide regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders
- Monitor project costs, schedule, and quality control to ensure projects are completed within budget and meet quality standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project management
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including AIA (American Institute of Architects) and NFPA (National Fire Protection Association)
- Experience with RFPs, GMPs, and contract management
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
- Certifications in relevant areas, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or LEED
